Canada - Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Shipping rates include $100 of insurance (contact us if you would like more). No duties. Pickup from shop also available from 5692 Yew St. in Vancouver at no charge. 

Rest of World - Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Customer will be responsible for duties and taxes per country regulations. 

We ship from Vancouver, Canada, to destinations all over the world. Costs and timelines will be calculated at checkout. 

Orders within Vancouver will usually arrive in 1-3 business  days. Orders within Canada will usually take 5-7 business days to arrive. Deliveries outside of Canada can take anywhere from 7-16 business days. Details above are estimates and accurate details will be provided at checkout.

Pickup in store is available from our Vancouver boutique at 5692 Yew St. during shop hours. Please select PICKUP IN STORE from the Cart Page prior to checkout. Once your order has been confirmed, please visit the shop with your order confirmation email to retrieve your package. 

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. Return to gift card (or a store credit) and exchanges are accepted on full-priced, unworn, merchandise within 10 days of delivery for Canadian customers only.

The return amount will be credited to a gift card or to store credit. Gifts may be eligible for exchange or gift card/store credit.

US and International orders are a final sale, and may not be exchanged, credited or refunded. Sale products and discounted orders are a final sale.
